Our Founder & Director

Ayhan Albeyoglu,
Founder of Idealb Consultancy

Ayhan specialises in the development of customer-focused business strategies, planning and the management of change with proven experiences in working with vary size of companies, especially SME and Start-up.

He is a founder of Idealb Consultancy. His previous career includes management roles for in finance and banking sector in various positions from branch manager to general manager.

He has substantial knowledge working in the young and developing country of South-eastern Europe. He cooperated with international institutions and organisations, such as USAID, EBRD, IFC, GIZ and FMO to introduce new banking and financial services and products to support the economic development of the country.

He developed particular financial programs to support local commercial and community through non-financial services like academies, women entrepreneurs programs, and Start-ups in ICT-information and communication technologies sector.

He provided to develop and run marketing activities for SME’s, established Incubation and Acceleration Centres for Tech Start-Ups.

His consultancy services cover;
